博发电站集团于1995年12月由央企转制正式成立，是集工程设计、工程承包、设备成套供货、电站设备生产于一体的集团公司。目前旗下有11个子公司，参股公司2个。博发电站集团生产的电站设备和承揽的工程遍布亚洲、非洲、南美洲30余个国家和地区，实现签约合同额150多亿美元。在国外相继为印度两个2×600MW燃煤电站项目、印尼2×350MW燃煤电站项目、菲律宾2×300MW电站项目、马来西亚联合循环电站项目、委内瑞拉炼油厂项目以及非洲多个水电项目提供了成套设备。在国内，集团致力于新能源项目的开发，现正在进行国外新能源项目的投资、开发和建设。博发与中石油、中石化、中海油、哈尔滨电气、东方电气、GE、ABB、EMERSON等国际大公司保持着良好的合作。
旗下康安天下（北京）科技有限公司作为一家高新技术企业，主营业务涵盖工程勘察设计、技术推广、技术服务、技术开发、技术咨询、机械设备销售、工程和技术研究与试验发展、企业管理、货物进出口、代理进出口等众多方面，致力于为科技创新及中国发电设备实施“走出去”战略作出应有的贡献！
博发电站集团的生产基地位于国家级开发区--宾西经济开发区，是集设计、制造、销售、安装、服务于一体的现代化制造企业。现有员工400余人，其中中高级技术人员100余人，既有电站工程设计能力，又具备现代化的机械加工、钢结构、中低压管道制造能力。通过ISO9001－2008质量管理体系认证，获得中国钢结构制造企业一级资质，并被哈尔滨市评为AAA级信用企业。集团现在拥有高新技术专利6项。
随着5家境外公司的相继成立，博发电站集团加快了走入国际市场的步伐，进一步开拓合作领域，将博发电站集团的主营业务推上更高的层次，开创了集团金融创新的新局面。

BOFA Power Station Group was formally established in December 1995 as a reformed state-owned enterprise. It is a group company integrating engineering design, engineering contracting, complete equipment supply, and power station equipment production. Currently, it has 11 subsidiaries and is minority shareholder of 2 companies. The power station equipment and contracted projects produced by the BOFA Power Station Group has expanded its business into over 30 countries in Asia, Africa and South America with contract value over 15 billion USD. It has provided equipment for 2X600 MW coal fired power projects in India, 2X350 MW coal fired power projects in Indonesia, 2X300 MW power projects in Philippine, combined cycle power project in Malaysia, petroleum refinery project in Venezuela, and several hydro power projects in Africa. BOFA Group has been focusing on developing renewable power station in China and foreign States. BOFA has been collaborating with many global fortune 500 companies, such as Petro China, Sinopec, China Ocean Oil, Harbin Electric, Dongfang Electric, General Electric, ABB, and Emerson. As a high-tech enterprise, its subsidiary Kangan Tianxia (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., is majorly engaged in engineering survey and design, technology promotion, technical services, technology development, technical consulting, mechanical equipment sales, engineering and technical research and experimental development, and corporate management, equipment import and export, agent import and export, etc. We are committed to making due contributions to technological innovation and the implementation of China's power generation equipment "going out" strategy!
The production base of BOFA Power Station Group is located in the state-level development region - Binxi Economic Development District. It is a modern manufacturing enterprise integrating design, manufacturing, sales, installation and service. There are more than 400 employees, including more than 100 junior and senior engineers. They have both power plant engineering design capabilities and modern machining, steel structure, and medium and low-pressure pipeline manufacturing capabilities. The factory has been certified by ISO9001-2008 quality management system, obtained the first-level qualification of China's steel structure manufacturing enterprise, and was rated as AAA-level credit enterprise by Harbin City. The group currently ownes 6 high-tech patents.
With the establishment of five overseas companies, BOFA Power Station Group has accelerated its pace of entering the international market, further explored areas of cooperation, pushed BOFA’s main business to a higher level and created a financial innovation for the group.
